About Peter Chase

Peter Chase is a right-arm fast bowler who was part of Ireland’s pace battery in the mid-2010s. Known for his tall frame and ability to swing the ball, Chase could generate good pace and bounce, especially in helpful conditions. He made his ODI debut in 2015 and played regularly until around 2019. Chase was particularly effective in the opening overs and earned praise for his performances in limited-overs cricket, including a memorable spell against England in 2017. Making his debut in 2014, Chase has been known for his ability to bowl at good speeds and maintain discipline in his line and length. His pace and bounce trouble batsmen, especially on pitches offering assistance to seamers.
